Bream Creek Show

Posted by Miss W. on March 20, 2011

Did you go to the Bream Creek show on Saturday?

I spent an hour or so there and visited the animal area, where Mrs Murfet and some students were showing animals from our school farm. I loved the music from the band and the dancing on stage. The woodchopping is always exciting to watch. I walked quickly through side show alley – not the sort of thing I enjoy anymore – but the crafts, coffee barrista, fresh raspberry jam stalls were interesting. Of course, I couldn’t go past the spin the wheel to win a prize but no luck there. Just as I was leaving I ran into Maddie and Samantha coming into the show.

What did you enjoy most about the show?

I really like seeing the posts of rural fairs. The pumpkinslooked like a trick photo! I also rather liked the scarecrows, we have a lot of them in thesummer in our area.
Your blog is so professional, it makes me realise how far we have to go with our new blog.
